新型硅烷偶联剂NXT的应用研究DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.05.0366 Keywords: [硅烷偶联剂NXT,硅烷偶联剂Si69,白炭黑,硫黄,超高性能轮胎,胎面胶,物理性能,Payne效应,动态力学性能, 硅烷偶联剂NXT,硅烷偶联剂Si69,白炭黑,硫黄,超高性能轮胎,胎面胶,物理性能,Payne效应,动态力学性能,silane coupling agent NXT,silane coupling agent Si69,silica,sulfur,ultra-high performance tire,tread compound,physical property,Payne effect,dynamic mechanical property] Abstract: 以超高性能轮胎胎面胶的性能指标为基准,在大填充量大比表面积白炭黑胶料中采用新型硅烷偶联剂NXT等量替代硅烷偶联剂Si69,研究新型硅烷偶联剂NXT的应用效果。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂NXT能够有效改善白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散,相应胶料(增大硫黄用量)的Payne效应明显减小,综合物理性能提高,抗湿滑性能显著改善,滚动阻力降低,但干抓着性能也有所降低。;Based on the performance indicators of ultra-high performance tire tread compound,a new silane coupling agent NXT was used to replace the traditional silane coupling agent Si69 in the rubber compound with large filling volume and large specific surface area silica to study the application effect of silane coupling agent NXT.The results showed that the silane coupling agent NXT could effectively improve the dispersion of silica in the rubber matrix,the Payne effect of the rubber compound(increasing the amount of sulfur) was significantly reduced,the comprehensive physical properties were improved,and the wet skid resistance was significantly improved,rolling resistance was decreased,but the dry grip performance was reduced
