Abstract:

采用溶胶-凝胶法和冷冻干燥法制备的石墨烯气凝胶(GA)与白炭黑复合制得白炭黑/GA复合填料(s-GA),通过机械共混法制备s-GA/白炭黑/丁苯橡胶(SBR)复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:在GA中填充白炭黑,可有效减少石墨烯片层的团聚,s-GA/白炭黑/SBR复合材料的t90缩短,抗湿滑性能提高;当s-GA中GA/白炭黑用量比为1/5时,s-GA/白炭黑/SBR复合材料的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率最大;随着s-GA中白炭黑用量的增大,s-GA/白炭黑/SBR复合材料的耐磨性能提高。;Graphene aerogel(GA) was prepared by sol-gel and freeze drying method,and silica/GA composite filler(s-GA) was prepared by GA and silica complexing.The s-GA/silica/styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) composites were prepared by mechanical blending and their properties were studied.The results show that,the silica was filled in the GA,the agglomeration of graphene lamellars was decreased effectively,t90 of the s-GA/silica/SBR composites was shortened,and the wet skid resistance was improved.When the dosage ratio of GA/silica was 1/5,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the s-GA/silica/SBR composites were the highest.As the dosage of silica in s-GA was increased,the wear resistance of s-GA/silica/SBR composites was improved
