溴化丁基橡胶/顺丁橡胶/C5树脂复合阻尼材料的性能研究DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.02.0109 Keywords: [溴化丁基橡胶,顺丁橡胶,C5树脂,复合阻尼材料,物理性能,阻尼性能,耐低温性能, 溴化丁基橡胶,顺丁橡胶,C5树脂,复合阻尼材料,物理性能,阻尼性能,耐低温性能,BIIR,BR,C5 resin,composite damping material,physical property,damping property,low temperature resistance] Abstract: 采用机械共混法制备溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶,再将C5树脂按不同用量加入并用胶中,制得BIIR/BR/C5树脂复合阻尼材料,研究C5树脂用量对复合阻尼材料性能的影响以及阻尼性能的温度相关性。结果表明,当C5树脂用量为20份时,BIIR/BR/C5树脂复合阻尼材料的硫化特性、物理性能、耐老化性能、阻尼性能和耐低温性能较好。;The brominated butyl rubber(BIIR)/butadiene rubber(BR)/C5 resin composite damping material was prepared through BIIR/BR blend was prepared by mechanical blending,and C5 resin was added into the blend according to different dosage.The influence of C5 resin dosage on the properties of composite damping materials and the temperature dependence of damping properties were studied.The results show that,when the dosage of C5 resin was 20 phr,the vulcanization characteristics,the physical properties,the aging resistance,the damping property and low temperature resistance of BIIR/BR/C5 resin composite damping material were better
