纳米填料对芳纶纤维与天然橡胶粘合性能的影响DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.01.0017 Keywords: [纳米填料,多壁碳纳米管,白炭黑,芳纶纤维,天然橡胶,粘合性能,间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳浸渍液, 纳米填料,多壁碳纳米管,白炭黑,芳纶纤维,天然橡胶,粘合性能,间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳浸渍液,nano-fillers,multi-walled carbon nanotubes,silica,aramid fiber,natural rubber,adhesion,resorcine-formaldehyde-latex impregnation] Abstract: 研究纳米填料对芳纶纤维与天然橡胶(NR)粘合性能的影响。结果表明:向间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳(RFL)浸渍液中加入纳米填料(多壁碳纳米管和白炭黑)可以有效地提高芳纶纤维与NR之间的粘合性能;采用加入气相法白炭黑或沉淀法白炭黑的RFL浸渍液处理后,芳纶纤维与NR的粘合性能大幅提高,其中气相法白炭黑对粘合性能提高效果更好;芳纶纤维与NR的粘合性能随着气相法白炭黑用量的增大而提高。;The effect of nano-fillers on adhesion of aramid fiber to natural rubber(NR) was studied.The results showed that adding nano-fillers(multi-walled carbon nanotubes and silica) into resorcine-formaldehyde-latex(RFL) impregnation could effectively improve the adhesion of aramid fiber to NR.When treated with RFL impregnated solution with fumed silica or precipitated silica,the adhesion of aramid fiber to NR was significantly improved,among which fumed silica had more distinct improvement of the adhesion.The adhesive performance of aramid fiber and NR was improved with the increase of the addition level of silica
