新型防老剂RT-1对天然橡胶性能的影响

研究新型防老剂RT-1对天然橡胶（NR）性能的影响。结果表明：加入防老剂RT-1，NR胶料的M_L增大，M_H减小，t₉₀和t_s1延长，老化后NR硫化胶的拉伸性能较好，热氧化活化能增大；防老剂RT-1对NR硫化胶热氧老化的防护效果优于防老剂BHT和4010NA。;The effect of new antioxidant RT-1 on the properties of NR compound was investigated.The results showed that，by adding antioxidant RT-1，the M_L of the NR compound increased，the M_H decreased， the t₉₀ and t_s1 were extended，the tensile properties of the NR vulcanizates after aging were better， and the activation energy of thermal oxidation increased.It was indicated that the protective effect of antioxidant RT-1 in NR vulcanizate against thermal oxygen aging was superior to that of antioxidant BHT and 4010NA
