封隔器橡胶块接触有限元分析与优化

Abstract:

应用ANSYS有限元软件分析200 mm(7.875英寸)封隔器橡胶块与165和216 mm(6.5和8.5英寸)套管接触的Mises应力和接触压力,发现影响橡胶块与套管之间接触压力的关键因素为半O形密封圈半径和位置,并进一步对其进行优化。该分析研究对封隔器橡胶块设计有一定的理论指导作用。;The von Mises stress and contact pressure of 200 mm(7.875) rubber block with 165 and 216 mm(6.5 and 8.5) casing were analyzed by using ANSYS FEA software.The results showed that the key factors affecting the contact pressure were the radius and location of semi-O-ring seal,which were then optimized.This analysis could guide future rubber block design for rubber packer
