TPI用量和炭黑分布对TPI/SBR并用胶性能的影响

研究反式1，4-聚异戊二烯（TPI）用量和炭黑分布对TPI/SBR并用胶性能的影响。结果表明，炭黑在TPI/SBR并用胶中存在平衡分布，当其处于平衡分布状态时，并用胶的综合物理性能和动态性能较好；随着TPI用量的增大，并用胶定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度增大，拉断伸长率和压缩疲劳温升降低。;The effects of TPI proportion and carbon black distribution on the properties of TPI/SBR blend were investigated.The results showed that there was an equilibrium distribution of carbon black between TPI and SBR，the TPI/SBR blend possessed better comprehensive physical properties and dynamic properties when the carbon black was in a state of equilibrium distribution；with the increase of TPI proportion，the modulus，tensile strength and tear strength of TPI/SBR blend increased，the elongation at break and the temperature rise under compression fatigue test were reduced
