填充橡胶中的炭黑网络研究

利用透射电镜和交流电频谱法研究和分析填充橡胶中的炭黑网络结构。结果表明，填充橡胶在经历疲劳载荷后，其中炭黑的晶体结构几乎没有发生变化，而炭黑网络的分散状态则明显改变，由均匀分散变为局部团聚；与疲劳前试样相比，经历1万个周期的疲劳载荷后，试样的特征频率由34.9 kHz减小到2.7 kHz，降幅较大。;The carbon black network in filled rubber vulcanizate was investigated and analyzed by using transmission electron microscopy（TEM） and alternating current（AC） impedance spectrum method.The results showed that after rubber vulcanizate suffered cyclic loading，the crystal structure of carbon black changed little，but the dispersion of carbon black aggregates changed significantly，and carbon black aggregates tended to form agglomerates in the fatigued rubber vulcanizate；the characteristic frequency of vulcanizates decreased markedly from 34.9 kHz to 2.7 kHz after 10，000 cycles of loading
