聚酯帘布挂胶配方的优化设计

对聚酯帘布挂胶配方进行优化设计。通过调整聚酯帘布挂胶配方中的主要体系，得到优化配方为天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶/丁苯橡胶　80/10/10，炭黑N326　40，活性剂　10，粘合剂A/RE　2.2，软化剂　4，防老剂A/BLE　2，硫黄/噻唑类促进剂/次磺酰胺类促进剂　3.6。该配方的综合物理性能较好，粘合性能较高。;In this study，the formulation of coating compound for polyester cord was optimized.By adjusting the main components of the formulation，the optimized formulation was obtained as follows：NR/BR/SBR　80/10/10， carbon black N326　40，activator　10， adhesive A/RE　2.2，softener　4，antioxidant A/BLE　2，sulfur/thiazole accelerator/sulfenamide accelerator　3.6.The comprehensive physical properties and adhesion property of the optimized compound were good
