Abstract:

将干冰用于氧化石墨烯(GO)/白炭黑/天然胶乳(NRL)的混合乳液中,利用干冰气化产生的大量气泡破裂而形成的能量对填料聚集体的破碎作用,提高填料在NRL中的分散性,研究干冰用量对GO/白炭黑/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:干冰用量较小时,随着干冰用量的增大,复合材料的Panye效应减弱,交联密度增大,物理性能提高,滚动阻力降低;干冰用量较大时,复合材料的Panye效应增强,交联密度减小,物理性能下降,滚动阻力提高;干冰用量为20份时,复合材料的物理性能最佳。;The dry ice was used in the mixed emulsion of graphene oxide(GO)/silica/natural latex(NRL),the fragmentation action of energy formed by a large number of bubbles breaking by dry ice gasification was used to crush the filling aggregate,and the dispersion of fillers in NRL increased,the effect of the addition level of dry ice on the properties of GO/silica/natural rubber(NR) composites was studied.The results showed that,when the addition level of dry ice was smaller,with the increase of the addition level of dry ice,the Panye effect of composites was weakened,the crosslinking density and the physical properties increased,and the rolling resistance decreased;when he addition level of dry ice was larger,the Panye effect was strenghened,the crosslinking density and the physical properties decreased,and the rolling resistance increased;the physical properties of the composites were the best when the addition level of dry ice was 20 phr
