IIR再生胶/PP热塑性硫化胶的制备与性能研究

采用动态硫化法制备IIR再生胶/聚丙烯热塑性硫化胶(RIIR/PP TPV)，并对其性能进行研究。结果表明，当RIIR/PP共混比为60/40时，TPV的综合物理性能较好；RIIR/PP TPV的耐溶剂性能和热稳定性能较好，加工性能优异；扫描电子显微镜分析表明，RIIR/PP TPV中的橡胶粒子细小，分散均匀，两相相容性较好，界面强度提高。;Reclaimed isobutylene-isoprene rubber/polypropylene thermoplastic vulcanizate(RIIR/PP TPV) was prepared by dynamic vulcanization and the properties of TPV were investigated.The results showed that when the blending ratio of RIIR/PP was 60/40，good comprehensive physical pro-perties of the TPV were obtained.The RIIR/PP TPV possessed good solvent resistance，thermal stability and processing property.It was found by SEM that rubber phase was in small size and uniformly distributed；the compatibility and interfacial force between RIIR and PP phase were improved
