Abstract:

基于半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶配方,将两种高门尼粘度钕系顺丁橡胶(NdBR){分别记为NdBR-1#和NdBR-2#,门尼粘度[ML(1+4)100 ℃]分别为67和72,相对分子质量分布分别为3.26和2.31)}与溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)并用,对比研究两种胎面胶的性能。结果表明:两种胎面胶的焦烧时间基本接近,硬度、强度性能、弹性、压缩生热性能和耐老化性能相当;NdBR-2#/SSBR胎面胶和高白炭黑NdBR-1#/SSBR胎面胶(白炭黑/炭黑并用比为75/5)具有较佳的抗裂口增长和抗切割性能;两种胎面胶的动态力学性能较均衡,滚动阻力相当,但炭黑N234/白炭黑并用比较大(35/45和55/25)时,NdBR-1#/SSBR胎面胶具有较好的抗湿滑性能。;Based on the tread compound formula of semi-steel radial tire,two kinds of high Mooney viscosity neodymium butadiene rubber(NdBR,denoted as NdBR-1# and NdBR-2#,with Mooney viscosities of 67 and 72,and relative molecular mass distributions of 3.26 and 2.31,respectively)was blended with solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR),and the properties of the two tread compounds were investigated.The results showed that,the scorching time of the two tread compounds was similar,and the hardness,strength,elasticity,compression heat generation and aging resistance were similar.The NdBR-2#/SSBR tread compound and the NdBR-1#/SSBR tread compound with large amount silica black(white carbon black/carbon black blend ratio was 75/5)had better crack growth and cutting resistance.The dynamic mechanical properties of the two tread compounds were balanced,and the rolling resistance was equal.But when the carbon black N234/silica blend ratio was larger(35/45 and 55/25),the NdBR-1#/SSBR tread compound had better wet skid resistance
