天然橡胶/炭黑/二硫化钼复合材料的制备及性能研究DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.09.0650 Keywords: [二硫化钼,天然橡胶,分散,硫化特性,机械性能,耐磨性,动态性能, 二硫化钼,天然橡胶,分散,硫化特性,机械性能,耐磨性,动态性能,Molybdenum disulfide, Natural rubber, Dispersion, Vulcanization characteristics, Mechanical properties, Wear resistance, Dynamic properties] Abstract: 采用超声法制备二硫化钼(MoS2)纳米碎片,以不同含量的MoS2纳米碎片作为填料等量代替部分炭黑(CB)填充天然橡胶(NR),制备天然橡胶/炭黑/二硫化钼(NR/CB/MoS2)复合材料。研究了不同含量MoS2纳米碎片等量代替部分CB后对复合材料的硫化特性、机械性能、耐磨性和动态性能的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)结果显示,少量的MoS2代替部分CB有助于分散复合材料中的填料,过多MoS2加入则使填料又趋于聚集。橡胶加工分析(RPA)、机械性能、耐磨性和动态热机械分析(DMA)测试表明,少量MoS2代替部分CB会降低复合材料的Payne效应和动态损耗因子,有利于补强复合材料的力学性能,提高材料耐磨性,但对复合材料的滚动阻力和抗湿滑性影响较小;加入MoS2过多,则对材料的补强能力减弱,甚至导致其性能下降。;Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nano fragments were obtained by ultrasonic method. The natural rubber/carbon black/molybdenum disulfide (NR/CB/MoS2) composites are prepared by partial substituting the CB in the CB-filled natural rubber composites with different amounts of MoS2 nano fragments. The effects of partial substituting the CB with different amounts of MoS2 nano fragments on the vulcanization characteristics, mechanical properties, wear resistance and dynamic properties of the composites are investigated. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images reveal that a small amount of MoS2 replace part of CB can help fillers disperse well in composites, while too much MoS2 make the fillers tend to aggregate again. rubber processing analyzer (RPA), mechanical test、DIN abrasion test and Dynamic thermal mechanical analyzer (DMA) show that Payne effect and dynamic loss factor of composites are decreased by adding a small amount of MoS2, the mechanical properties and abrasiveSresistanceSare enhanced, the rolling resistance and wet-slip resistance of the composites are less affected. Adding too much MoS2, the mechanical reinforcing ability of fillers is weaken, and the performance of composites even deteriorated
