C1型轮胎滚动噪声试验研究

Abstract:

基于欧盟ECE R117轮胎标签法,研究C1类轮胎滚动噪声的测试。结果表明:在不考虑花纹类型、速度级别等因素的情况下,轮胎最大与最小滚动噪声声压级相差7 dB(A);轮胎滚动噪声、湿地抓着性能与滚动阻力之间并不存在显著相关性,可以通过轮胎结构优化降低轮胎噪声,而不影响轮胎的湿地抓着性能和滚动阻力。;Based on the European Union ECE R117 tire label regulation,the rolling noise determinaiton of C1 tire was studied.The results showed that the maximum and minimum rolling noise sound pressure levels differ by 7 dB(A) regardless of the type of pattern, speed rate,etc.There was no significant correlation between tire rolling noise,wet grip performance and rolling resistance.The tire noise could be reduced by structural optimization without affecting the wet grip performance and rolling resistance of the tire
