Abstract:

进行耐低温耐臭氧易装配氯丁橡胶(CR)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)汽车等速万向节环保防尘罩共混胶的配方优化。胶料优化配方为:CR?70,NBR(丙烯腈质量分数为0.19)/PVC橡塑合金(以主体材料计)?30,炭黑N550?15,炭黑N990?25,白炭黑?8,硬脂酸?1.5,增塑剂TP-95?25,内脱模剂935P?1,莱茵蜡654?1,防老剂4010NA?2,防老剂NDBC?1,防老剂MB?0.5,间接法氧化锌?5,活性氧化镁?3,硫黄/促进剂?2.8。优化配方胶料的物理性能、耐低温性、耐臭氧性能、耐热老化性能和耐油性能满足用户耐低温耐臭氧环保防尘罩胶料标准要求,环保性能达到欧盟RoSH指令要求,生产成本较低,用其制备的防尘罩装配性能好。;The formulation optimization of CR/NBR/PVC automobile isokinetic universal jointenvironment-friendly dust cover for low temperature resistance,ozone resistance and easy to assemble was carried out.The optimum formulation of the compound was as follows:CR?70,NBR(mass fraction of acrylonitrile was 0.19)/PVC rubber and plastic alloy(according to subject material)?30,carbon black N550?15,carbon black N990?25,silica?8,stearic acid?1.5,plasticizer TP-95?25,internal release agent 935P?1,Antilux 654?1,antioxidant 4010NA?2,antioxidant NDBC?1,antioxidant MB?0.5,indirect zinc oxide?5,active magnesium oxide?3,sulfur/accelerator?2.8.The physical property,low temperature resistance,ozone resistance,heat aging resistance and oil resistance of the optimized formulation compound met user’s requirements of low temperature resistance and ozone resistance environment-friendly dust cover compound standard,and the production cost was lower.The dust cover prepared by the optimized formulation compound had good assembly performance
