Abstract:

采用一锅法合成了包裹溶菌酶作配体的金纳米颗粒(Lys-AuNPs)的ZIF-8(Lys-AuNPs@ZIF-8)纳米复合材料,用于水溶液中Hg2+的检测.通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、粉末X-射线衍射(XRD)、氮气吸脱附等技术对其结构进行表征.该纳米复合材料粒径大小为300~500 nm,具有良好的水溶性、分散性及荧光稳定性.加入Hg2+后,AuNPs在640 nm处的荧光发射峰荧光强度减弱,而Lys在4
In this work,Lys-AuNPs@ZIF-8 Nanocomposites that lysozyme takes as ligand is synthesized by one-pot method,which is used to detect Hg2+ in aqueous solution.The Lys-AuNPs@ZIF-8 is investigated by FT-IR,SEM,TEM,XRD and N2 adsorption/desorption analysis,etc.The experimental results show that the nanocomposite has a particle size with the diameters of 300~500 nm,and has good water solubility,dispersibility and fluorescence stability.After the addition of Hg2+,the fluorescence intensity of AuNPs emission peak at 640 nm is weakened,while the fluorescence intensity of Lys emission peak at 430 nm is almost unchanged.Therefore,Lys-AuNPs@ZIF-8 can be used as a ratiometric fluorescence sensor for detecting Hg2+.The F640 nm/F430 nm ratio has a good linear relationship with the Hg2+ concentration in the range from 24 to 450 nmol?L-1.The low detection limit based on a 3d/slope is 7.5 nmol?L-1
