省际R&D溢出如何促进本地产业结构升级?――基于2阶段创新价值链的中介分析
How Can Interprovincial R&D Spillovers Promote the Upgrading of Local Industrial Structure?――Intermediary Analysis Based on Two-Stage Innovation Value Chain

该文选取以创新为主导的高新技术产业为研究对象,将其创新过程划分为基础研发和技术转化2个子阶段,分别建立基于2阶段创新水平的中介作用结构方程模型,探究各省份获得的R&D溢出对产业结构升级的作用路径.结果表明:R&D溢出对产业结构升级有显著的正向影响,且在此过程中,基础研发水平发挥部分中介效应,而技术转化水平发挥遮掩效应.
The innovation-led high-tech industry is selected as the research object,and its innovation process is divided into two sub-stages that are basic research and technology transformation.And a structural equation model based on the mediation of two-stage innovation level is established to explore the action path of the local R&D spillover on the upgrading of industrial structure.The results show that R&D spillover has a significant positive impact on the upgrading of industrial structure,and the basic R&D level exerts a partial mediating effect in this process,while the level of technological transformation plays a masking effect
