The mechanism of hypercalcemia remains unclear. Nephrocalcinosis and reversable nephrogenic diabetes insipidus occurred as a complication of hypercalcemia. We report the case of female neonate with GGM and hypercalcemia complicated with NDI and nephrocalcinosis
