Intestinal parasites are organisms that dominate the gastrointestinal tract of humans. Parasitic infection remains a serious public health issue in the study area. Interventions such as provision of adequate sanitary facilities, chemotherapy, portable drinking water, health education should be considered/implemented, improved personal hygiene.
