Investigating exist of potential capacities and challenges in economic development in North of Iran

Nowadays the importance of economic development and necessity to study it, regarding its economic importance is not hidden to everyone. Regarding to the importance of economic development, recognition of the factors affecting it can help us to improve it. The goal of this research is study of potential capacities and challenges in economic development in North of Iran. This work aims to establish a logical relationship between population distribution and land activities in the area the features of spatial regions. Constraints such as resource base, climate, and the growing use of financial resources development strategies is available at the show's twenty-year outlook we need a strategic plan consistent with the land capabilities and bottlenecks should be pursued with greater speed
