Bowlbya？？s Attachment Theory in the Counseling Process of Adulta？？s Anxiety

John Bowlby proposed attachment theory to elucidate the connection between behavior of infant and caregiver and how it can impact a child’s behavior. Extended researches conducted in a variation of contexts, attachment theory has progressively advanced therapeutic thinking overtime. Its central idea regarding infant and caregiver’s connection became worthwhile among psychological health practitioners and has particular implications for mental health work with adults.
