Synthesis and antimicrobial screening of some N-(4-oxo-2-alkyl/aryl-thiazolidine-3-yl)isonicotinamide derivatives

Some new N-(4-oxo-2-alkyl/aryl-thiazolidine-3-yl) isonicotinamide derivatives of isoniazid have been synthesized and evaluated for their Anti-bacterial, Antifungal and Anti-tubercular activity. Synthesized compounds showed significant activity against bacterial, fungal and mycobacterium strains.
