Innovative bonds in financing public tasks

Sa？etak The realization of public tasks often requires debt fundraising. Basically, bonds are the main type of debt instruments used by the public sector. However, a high level of public debt and its permanent increase over the past few years force public managers to seek new solutions, other than debt creation, to finance public tasks.
