The International Community’s Peace Plans in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina 1991-1995

Sa？etak The article offers a review of the Yugoslav war of dissolution with special reference to the international community？s peace plans. The article？s main aim is to examine the purpose and efficiency of international diplomacy and the role of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in new geopolitical relations caused by the fall of Communism. Answers are provided as to what caused the war, whether the war could have been avoided and what were the war aims of the belligerent sides
