新时代我国体育特色小镇竞争力的经济学分析——基于波特“钻石模型”分析
An Economic Analysis of the Competitiveness of Small Towns with Sports Characteristics in China in the New Era—Based on Porter’s “Diamond Model” Analysis

在新时代体育强国建设背景下，体育特色小镇作为体育产业新兴增长点，提升小镇竞争力具有重要意义。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，基于波特“钻石模型”理论，围绕影响体育特色小镇竞争力的生产要素，需求条件，相关和支持性产业，企业策略、企业结构、同业竞争，政府行为和发展机遇六方面因素展开分析，提出我国体育特色小镇竞争优势构建的对策，认为联动生产要素，集聚资源整合力、拉动消费需求，增强小镇辐射力、完善关联产业，培育产业驱动力、厘清自身定位，提高核心竞争力、发挥顶层设计，构建全局引导力、把握发展机遇，打造品牌效应力。
Under the background of sports power building in the new era, sports characteristic town is a new growth point of sports industry, so it is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of the town. Using the method of literature, and logic analysis, based on Porter’s “Diamond model” theory, this paper analyzes the factors of production, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, enterprise strategy, enterprise structure, horizontal competition, government behavior and development opportunities that affect the competitiveness of sports towns. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for constructing competitive advantage of the sports characteristic town: linking production factors, gathering resources integration; Boosting consumer demand, enhancing the town radiation force; Completing the related industries, cultivating industrial driving force; Clarifying their own position, improving the core competitiveness; Exerting top-level design and establishing global guidance force; Grasping the development opportunities, building brand effect force.
