躺姿半弹道式再入假人动态响应研究

Abstract:
为了探索躺姿半弹道式再入时的人体动态响应,模拟Apollo10返回再入过载环境,采集Hybrid III生物力学假人头部、胸部及臀部的加速度动态响应数据,对比分析阿波罗再入躺姿状态下假人不同部位的动力学响应规律。结果显示假人重要部位的动态响应与再入模式下的过载曲线变化趋势基本一致,各部位合成加速度值较为接近。+Gx为主要过载响应,且胸部响应过载值较大,应加强乘员胸背向加速度防护。该实验研究为载人深空探测工程实践提供了数据基础,并给出明确的工程指导意见,为载入加速度耐限制定及安全防护设计提供指导。
To explore the dynamic response of human body during semi-ballistic reentry in lying posture, the acceleration dynamic response data of head, chest and buttocks of Hybrid III biomechanical dummy were collected to simulate Apollo 10 reentry overload environment, and the dynamic response laws of different parts of Apollo re-entry dummy were compared and analyzed. The results show that the dynamic response of the important parts of the dummy is basically consistent with the overload curve under reentry mode, and the resultant acceleration values of each part are close. The main overload response is +Gx, and the overload response of chest is relatively larger, so it is necessary to strengthen the Gx protection of crew. This paper provides an experiment basis for the designing on the enter strategies of spacecraft. Based on this result, the designer could choose the optical strategies to avoid injury.
