提升消防救援队伍思想政治教育工作实效的对策
Countermeasures to Improve the Effectiveness of the Ideological and Political Education of the Fire Company

当前，制约消防救援队伍思想政治教育工作时实效提升的因素主要集中于思想政治教育模式僵化、思想政治教育工作缺乏系统化整合和对消防员思想动态掌握不足三个层面。对冲这些制约因素应从提升消防救援队伍思想政治教育系统化水平；建立专业化、针对性的思想政治教育平台和结合网络舆情展开专题思想政治教育三个层面展开方案设计。
At present, the factors restricting the improvement of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education work of fire company mainly focus on the following three aspects: rigid ideological and political education mode, lack of systematic integration of ideological and political education work and lack of dynamic grasp of fireman’s thoughts. To offset these constraints, a plan design should be carried out at three levels. Firstly, we should improve the systematization level of ideological and political education for fire company. Secondly, a professional and targeted platform of ideological and political education should be established. Finally, we should base technical ideological and political education on online public opinions. Only by carrying out different ideological and political education from actual situation of the life and work, the ideological and political education of the fire company in Hainan province can be continuously improved.
