Abstract:

以2006~2017年沪、深两市A股国有上市公司5820条平衡面板数据为研究样本,在女权主义理论和利益相关者等不同理论视角解读下,探究女性高管对企业绩效波动性的影响效应。应用基于最小二乘法的多元线性回归分析,实证检验结果表明:女性高管对企业绩效波动性的影响效应呈U型曲线关系。
Based on 5820 balanced panel data of A-share state-owned listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2006 to 2017, this paper explores the impact of female executives on corporate performance volatility from different theoretical perspectives such as feminist theory and stakeholders. The results of empirical test show that the effect of female executives on corporate performance volatility is U-shaped curve by using multiple linear regression analysis based on least squares method.
