随着大数据技术近年来在我国的蓬勃发展，医学领域的大数据应用也日新月异。COVID-19疫情的爆发使得大数据技术在疫情管控过程中发挥了重要作用，如疫情信息管理、疫情分析、疫情应急指挥等。信息系统作为大数据技术应用的基本载体，在COVID-19疫情中得到了广泛的应用，是大数据技术在疫情防控中与实际相结合的具体体现。本文在分析信息系统在COVID-19疫情管控中应用现状的基础上，对当前应用中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了建议与展望。
