略论《党政领导干部选拔任用条例》的修订
On the Revision of “Regulations on Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government”

党政领导干部选拔任用一直是执政党建设的核心议题。随着执政环境的改变和干部队伍建设日益复杂化，新时代对选拔任用领导干部的标准原则、制度程序设置和制度实施的监督机制都提出了新的要求，因此2019年对《党政领导干部选拔任用条例》作了进一步的修订，依据新的干部标准和选任原则，优化选任程序，完善对选任工作的监督机制，回应选任工作中出现的新问题，进一步优化选人用人机制，为打造忠诚、干净、担当的干部队伍提供基本遵循。
It has always been the core issue of the ruling parts to select and appoint the leaders of party and government. With the change of the ruling environment and the increasing complexity of the cadre team’s construction, the new requirements on the standard principles for the selection and appointment of leading cadres, the settings of system procedures and the supervision mechanism for system implementation in the new era have been put up with. In 2019, the Regulations on Selection and Appointment of Party and Government Leading Cadres were been revised further. According to the new cadre standards and selection principles, the selection procedures have been optimized, the supervision mechanism for the selection and appointment has been improved, and the new issues appearing in the selection and appointment have been responded to, and the selection and appointment mechanism has been further optimized to provide the basic compliance for creating the loyalty, clean and responsible cadre team.
