乳腺癌及小细胞肺癌同时性多原发癌1例报道并文献复习
Synchronous Multiple Primary Cancer of the Breast Cancer and Small Cell Lung Cancer: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

目的：探讨1例罕见的乳腺癌及小细胞肺癌同时性多原发癌的诊断、治疗及预后。方法：采用病例报道的方式，结合国内外文献，分析本例患者的诊断、治疗和预后。结果：通过右乳肿物空心针穿刺活检和左肺肿物支气管镜活检获得组织病理学依据，以化疗、放疗、靶向治疗为主要治疗方法，患者总生存期1年。结论：多原发癌的治疗和预后与复发转移癌有明显区别，如患者身体条件允许，应对多个肿瘤进行取样和检测，以避免误诊。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of a rare case of synchronous multiple primary cancer of the breast cancer and small cell lung cancer. Methods: The diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the patient were analyzed in the form of case reports and combined with review of foreign literature. Results: Histopathology was obtained by hollow needle biopsy of right breast mass and bronchoscope biopsy of left lung mass, and the main treatment was chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy, and the overall survival of the patient was 1 year. Conclusion: The treatment and prognosis of multiple primary cancers are obviously different from those of recurrent and metastatic cancers. To avoid misdiagnosis, if the patient’s physical condition permits, multiple tumors should be sampled and tested.
