Abstract:

急性冠脉综合征是严重的心血管疾病,可并发恶性心律失常、急性心力衰竭和心脏破裂等,常可危及生命,是冠心病中的危重类型,早期诊断对疾病的治疗效果与后续恢复至关重要。本文就新型血栓与止血分子标志物在急性冠脉综合征的早期诊断做一综述。
Acute coronary syndrome is a serious cardiovascular disease that can be complicated by malignant arrhythmia, acute heart failure, and heart rupture. It can often be life-threatening. It is a critical type of coronary heart disease. Early diagnosis is critical to the treatment effect and subsequent recovery of the disease. This article reviews the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome by new molecular markers of thrombosis and hemostasis.
