国际工程新兴市场区域，为承包商现有市场网络的物理边界或初次进入的市场区域。因为“新”，既孕育着机会，又孕育着挑战、风险，也便有了许多崭新但意义重大的研究课题。本文以承包商为视角，在PMBOK理念的指导下，联系自己亲身经历的初入沙特油气工程市场的实践，论述了初入陌生、高水平的国际工程市场时，关注高效遴选优质分包商的要求及意义，并为此提出了具体应对路径及措施，以供更多中资企业走出去、初入新市场时借鉴、参考。
The international project emerging markets area is the physical boundary of the Contractor’s existing market network or the initial market area. Because of “new”, there are not only opportunities, but also challenges and risks, and then there are many new but significant research topics. This paper, in the perspective of the Contractor, under the guidance of PMBOK, combining with the experience of initial entrance into the Saudi oil and gas engineering market, discusses the requirements and significance of paying attention to the efficient selection of high-quality subcontractors when entering the unfamiliar and high-level international engineering market, and puts forward the specific countermeasures and measures, so as to provide reference for more Chinese enterprises to go out and enter the new market.
