Abstract:

医教协同要求既要重视住院医师的临床实践教学,还应加强医学人文及科学研究精神的培养,通过推动叙事医学在住培教育过程中的应用,进一步促进住院医师的全面发展,为推广新的临床医学人才培养模式提供理论及实践依据。
The concept of medicine-education cooperation requires that we should not only attach importance to the clinical practice teaching, but also strengthen the cultivation of medical humanistic quality and scientific spirit for residents. The application of narrative medicine in standardized residency training will promote the overall development of residents and provide theoretical and practical basis for this new training mode of clinical medical talents.
