浅谈沙特阿拉伯地区项目属地分包结算管理
Study on Sub-Contracting Settlement Management of Projects in Saudi Arabia

分包结算管理是项目费用控制的核心工作之一，直接影响着项目的经济效益。本文结合某中资企业总承包的沙特阿拉伯P项目，分析沙特工程项目中基于工程量清单计价的属地分包结算管理特点，重点研究了工程量清单计价方法下的属地分包结算过程中存在的一些问题，探讨了如何避免产生结算争议的方法，为中国承包商在沙工程项目的属地分包结算提供有益的参考。
Subcontracting settlement management is one of the core tasks of project cost control, which directly affects the benefits of the project. The article analyzes the characteristics of subcontracting settlement management based on the bill of quantities of the project in the Saudi Arabian P project contracted by one Chinese engineering company, and then studies on some of the existing disputes of subcontracting settlement management under the bill of quantities. Through discussing how to avoid settlement disputes, it provides reference to resolve the subcontracting settlement disputes for Chinese contractors’ project in Saudi Arabia.
