沙特阿美项目资源属地化管理探讨

国际项目实施人力资源和设备资源属地化管理是“走出去”企业的通用做法，是企业国际化发展的必经之路，不仅降低项目管理成本，而且提升企业的核心竞争力。本文结合管道局沙特阿美项目，分析了沙特市场人力资源和设备资源的管理现状和问题，并对属地化管理工作提出了改进措施。
Local human resource and equipment resource management is a general practice for enterprises “go global”, which is also the only way for enterprise internationalization development. It not only reduces the costs but also can enhance enterprises core competitiveness. According to Saudi Aramco projects, the article analyzes the concrete conditions and problems of local human and equipment resource management and proposed improved measure.
