本文聚焦大学新生的数学学习过程考核指标和平时成绩的量化管理,建立了基于任务指标激励的平时成绩考核指标体系。为实证探索任务激励法与学生成绩两者之间的互动关系,本文运用多元回归分析对大一新生的平时成绩、期末成绩、总评成绩进行分析,从而探索任务激励法对大学新生养成教育的意义和学习积极性的影响。
This paper focuses on the quantitative management of the assessment indicators of the freshmen's mathematics learning process and the peacetime performance, and establishes a normal performance assessment indicator system based on task indicators. In order to empirically explore the interactive relationship between the task incentive method and student performance, this article uses multiple regression analysis to analyze the freshman’s usual grades, final grades, and overall evaluation results, so as to explore the role of task incentive method in the development education of college freshmen and in the influence to the study enthusiasm.
