受欺凌中学生参与表达性艺术辅导的实证研究

Abstract:

在调查我校校园欺凌状况的基础上筛选出了14名受欺凌者并对他们进行了《中小学生心理健康量表》测验、树木测验以评估其心理健康水平,紧接着对他们进行了美术、音乐、舞动、游戏、心理剧等表达性艺术团体辅导,辅导结束后再次评估其心理健康水平。结果发现:校园欺凌中的受欺凌学生心理健康状况不容乐观,有着强烈的焦虑、恐惧、抑郁情绪,敏感并伴有某些身体症状。表达性艺术团体辅导有效的提升了受欺凌学生的心理健康水平,在缓解焦虑、孤独、恐怖情绪,提升自我价值感,改善人际关系方面发挥重要作用。
14 bullies were screened out and conducted the “Mental Health Test” and tree test to assess their mental health on the basis of investigating the bullying situation in our school. Then they were subjected to art, music, dancing, games, psychodrama of Expressive Art group counseling. We reassessed their mental health levels after counseling. It found that: the mental health of the bullied students is not optimistic. They have strong anxiety, fear, depression, sensitivity and some physical symptoms. The expressive art group counseling has effectively improved the level of mental health of the bullied student. It plays an important role in relieving anxiety, loneliness, fear, enhancing self-worth and improving interpersonal relationships.
