由于磺胺类抗生素的滥用,其对环境中的土壤和水体造成较严重的污染,本论文选择使用最为广泛的磺胺甲恶唑(SMZ)、磺胺甲基嘧啶(SM1)及磺胺噻唑(ST)为研究对象,采用单独及二元联合的方式对不同种类植物(在水培条件下)的根长、芽长进行监测,所选剂量分为低浓度剂量组和高浓度剂量组,所选植物为小白菜。结果显示:磺胺类抗生素对小白菜的芽长和根长起到抑制作用。本研究一方面通过植物的芽长、根长变化可揭示抗生素浓度对植物生长的促进或抑制的影响;另一方面可为今后的研究提供参考。
Due to the abuse of sulfonamides, it causes serious pollution to the soil and water environment. The most widely used sulfamethoxazole (SMZ), sulfamerazine (SM1) and sulfamethoxazole (ST) were chosen as the research objects. The root and shoot lengths of different types of plants (under hydroponic conditions) are monitored. The selected doses were divided into low-dose and high-dose groups. The selected plants were pakchoi. The results showed that sulfonamides inhibited the shoot and root length of pakchoi. On the one hand, the effects of antibiotic concentration on the promotion or inhibition of plant growth can be revealed through the shoot lengths and root lengths of plants. On the other hand, it can provide reference for future research.
