Sa？etak Human resource management is a business function that includes tasks related to people, their provision, selection, education and other activities necessary to ensure the development of employees. It is a strategically organized activity that manages and directs employees in order to achieve long-term, strategic goals of the company. Human resource management is considered to be a strategic business function if implemented through a systematically formulated human resource management strategy that is in accordance with the company's strategy.
