Project management during construction of the cross-border Svilaj Bridge

Sa？etak This paper presents specific project-management features at various stages of the project. The focus is mostly placed on the limitations and differences between regulations and legal frameworks applied in the territories of the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. A special emphasis is placed on preconditions to be met for the delivery of building permit and other documents as needed for the start and realisation of works, on the conduct of expert supervision in accordance with technical regulations applied in both countries and the Engineer’s role with regard to realisation of construction contract on behalf of the joint client
