Trauma Care Conference Abstracts 2019, 2019

The 20th Trauma Care International Conference was held at Yarnfield Park, Stone, UK between 3 and 6 March 2019. The meeting was well attended with over 1000 delegates across the four days that spanned the breadth of trauma management from first responder care to rehabilitation. The UK Search and Rescue, D13 Firearms Police and Fire Service programmes once again proved the unique nature of the trauma care’s ethos to reach out to all those who come into contact with trauma and not just hospital-based practitioners. A wide variety of excellent posters were displayed across all four days and the abstracts of all presented posters are published below – the winning poster on each day is annotated§; there were three joint winners on Sunday, 3 March.
