Abstract:

复发性流产临床上妇产科常见的一种多发性疾病，而目前对中孕期复发性流产患者报道较少。现报道一例4次均为孕4月~6月左右胎死腹中的患者，张迎春教授运用丹参川芎嗪(注1)联合低分子肝素(注2)对中孕期复发性流产患者进行治疗，终使患者成功分娩一健康女婴。
Recurrent abortion is a common multiple disease in obstetrics and gynecology. However, there are few reports on recurrent abortion in middle pregnancy. This is a report of a patient who was stillborn between 4 months and 6 months pregnant for 4 times. Professor Zhang yingchun used salvia ligustrazine combined with low molecular weight heparin to treat the patient with recurrent abortion during the middle pregnancy, and finally succeeded in delivering a healthy baby girl.
