Abstract:

以废玻璃和废陶瓷为主要原材料,同时加入粉煤灰、煤矸石,高温焙烧发泡后,最终生成泡沫陶瓷材料。以泡沫陶瓷为保温层,两边复合钢丝网片、水泥砂浆形成夹芯外墙板,开展了抗弯性能试验,并对其微观结构、元素、导热、抗压抗冻、干燥收缩进行性能表征。结果表明,随着孔隙率的增加,泡沫陶瓷密度降低,其导热系数以及抗压强度也随之降低,该产品的结构性能符合设计要求。
Using waste glass and waste ceramics as the main raw materials, and adding fly ash and coal gangue at the same time, roasting and foaming at high temperature will eventually form foam ceramic materials. The sandwich panels were made of foam ceramic as insulation layer, composite steel wire mesh and cement mortar on both sides. The flexural performance tests were carried out, and the microstructure, element, thermal conductivity, compressive resistance, frost resistance and drying shrinkage were characterized. The results show that with the increase of porosity, the density of ceramic foam decreases, and its thermal conductivity and compressive strength decrease. The structure and performance of the product meet the design requirements.
