【目的】分析在新冠疫情期间连续性排班模式在高干病房管理中的应用。【方法】本院干部病房二科护理管理中2020年2月开始实施连续性排班模式,分别抽取实施前1个月之前与实施后1个月,对50例患者进行研究。调查两组护理质量评分与护理素质、操作技术评分、记录不良事件发生情况,并对比分析。【结果】观察组护士素质评分与操作技术评分高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,两组差异显著(p < 0.05)。【结论】新冠疫情期间连续性排班模式在高干病房管理中取得不错的价值,不仅可以提高护士素质与操作技术,改善护理质量,而且可避免护理不良事件发生,疫情期间值得应用。
[Objective]: To analyze the
application of continuous shift scheduling model in the management of high-stem
wards during the COVID-19 outbreak. [Methods]: In the nursing management of the
second department of the cadre ward of our hospital, the continuous shift
pattern was implemented from February 2020, and 50 patients were studied, one
month before and one month after the implementation. The nursing quality score
and nursing quality, operation technique score of the two groups were
investigated, and the occurrence of adverse events was recorded. [Results]: The
nurse quality score and operation technique score of the observation group were
higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was
lower than that of the control group, with significant difference between the
two groups (p < 0.05). [Conclusion]: The continuous shift scheduling model during the COVID-19 outbreak has achieved good value in the management of high-stem wards. It can not only improve the quality of nurses and operation techniques, improve the quality of nursing, but also avoid the occurrence of adverse nursing events. It is worth applying during the epidemic period.
