目的：探讨品管圈(Quality
control circle, QCC)在外科重症监护病房(Surgical
intensive care unit, SICU)护士临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法：由9名SICU护士成立品管圈，选取2018年10月至2019年3月未采取品管圈护理管理模式，2019年4月至2019年8月采取品管圈护理管理模式，比较品管圈管理前后SICU护士病情知晓率、临床素养评分、综合素质评价及护理服务满意度。结果：开展QCC活动后SICU护士对患者病情知晓率从56.5%提高至82.5%，具有统计学差异(P < 0.05)；在分级护理、危重症护理、消毒隔离、护理文书书写、交接班制度、临床操作规范、基础理论考试、病情变化判断能力、服务态度、责任心等临床素养评分均显著提高(P < 0.05)；活动前护理服务满意度由(75.63 ± 10.52)分上升至(91.20 ± 4.63)分(P < 0.05)；QCC运用手法、活动信心、责任荣誉感、脑力开发、团体精神及和谐沟通6个方面得到显著提高。结论：将QCC活动应用于SICU护理中，可显著提高护理工作质量及护理服务满意度，值得临床护理工作中推广。
Objective: To investigate the
application effect of quality control circle in clinical nursing of surgical
intensive care unit (SICU). Methods: Nine nurses from department of SICU were
included and set up quality control circle (QCC) in this study. The QCC nursing
management mode was not adopted from October 2018 to March 2019, and the
quality control circle nursing management mode was adopted from April 2019 to August
2019. Before and after the intervention of quality control circle management, the
awareness rate of diseases and clinical literacy score and comprehensive
quality evaluation and satisfaction of nursing service with SICU nurses were
analyzed. Result: Compared with the QCC activities, the awareness rate of SICU
nurses to patients’ condition increased from 56.5% to 82.5%, with statistical
difference (P < 0.05). The scores of clinical literacy were significantly improved, including grading nursing, critical care, disinfection and isolation, nursing document writing, shift handover system, clinical operation standard, basic theory examination, judgment ability of disease change, service attitude, sense of responsibility (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of nursing service increased from (75.63 ± 10.52) to (91.20 ± 4.63) (P < 0.05). In addition, other six aspects have been significantly improved with QCC, including technique, activity confidence, sense of responsibility and honor, brain development, group spirit and harmonious communication.
