Abstract:

妊娠期甲状腺功能减退是各种原因导致机体甲状腺激素减少的低代谢综合征,碘普及后,其最常见的原因是自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,而微量元素硒作为人体必需的营养元素,通过抗氧化、调节免疫及抗炎等机制保护甲状腺组织,与甲状腺疾病发生发展密切相关。但对于硒制剂的疗效及临床普及应用的研究尚存争议,该文就硒治疗妊娠期甲减的机制及临床应用作一综述。
Hypothyroidism in pregnancy is a kind of low metabolism syndrome which leads to the decrease of thyroid hormone. After the popularization of iodine, the most common cause is autoimmune thyroid disease. As an essential nutrient element, selenium is closely related to the occurrence and development of thyroid disease by protecting thyroid tissue through anti-oxidation, adjusting immune and anti-inflammatory mechanisms. However, there are still some controversies on the efficacy and clinical application of selenium preparation. This article reviews the mechanism and clinical application of selenium in the treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy.
