高校思政教育中实施人文关怀和心理疏导既可以丰富思想政治教育的内容，提升思政教育的实效性，还可以促进大学生的全面发展。文章在此基础之上又分析了当前高校思政教育中人文关怀与心理疏导缺失的表现，主要体现在以学生为本的教育理念不深入；教育方法单一，缺乏创新性与吸引性；教育过程中人文关怀与心理疏导结合相对分散。最后加强高校思政教育中人文关怀和心理疏导需要有效的对策：树立以人为本的教育理念；以人文关怀与心理疏导为主旨，整合各种教育资源；加强人文关怀与心理疏导一体化建设，探索思想政治教育新模式。
The implementation of humanistic care and psychological guidance in college thinking and political education can not only enrich the content of ideological and political education, enhance the effectiveness of ideological education, but also promote the all-round development of college students. The article further analyzes the performance of the lack of humanistic care and psychological guidance in the current college thinking and political education, which is mainly reflected in the lack of indepth educational concept of students, single educational methods, lack of innovation and attraction, and the relative dispersion of the combination of humanistic care and psychological guidance in the educational process. Finally, strengthening the humanistic care and psychological guidance in colleges and universities needs effective countermeasures: establishing the concept of people-oriented education, integrating various educational resources with humanistic care and psychological guidance as the main theme, strengthening the integration of humanistic care and psychological guidance, and exploring a new mode of ideological and political education.
