Abstract:

钢网架结构主体施工已经完成,其结构已经处于自重荷载受力状态,需要进行维护结构安装,即在受力状态下的主体机构上焊接牛腿或连接件,来实现安装墙面和屋面的维护结构,通过试验评估焊接过程对主体结构受力的影响,制定出焊接方案,从而指导施工或为以后类似工程提供借鉴。
Steel grid structure main body construction has been completed; its structure is already dead weight load stress state. The need for maintenance structure installation, namely on the stress state of body welding bracket or fittings, to implement the installation maintenance structure of wall and roof, through a trial to assess the effect of the main body structure in the welding process, to develop a welding plan, so as to guide the construction and provide reference for future similar projects.
