肠梗阻诊断及治疗的研究进展

肠梗阻是常见的急腹症之一。由于许多患者的症状与体征不典型，导致了肠梗阻的早期诊断困难，并且延误治疗，加之把握手术指征困难，使得一些患者出现了许多不必要的并发症，例如：肠穿孔、肠坏死、休克、甚至是死亡。因此了解该病的病因，采取及时有效的诊断，制定相应的治疗方案尤为重要。通过对肠梗阻的进一步研究，我们整理了肠梗阻特殊的血清学指标、典型的影像学表现及治疗手段，现综述如下。
Intestinal obstruction is one of the common acute abdomens. Due to the atypical symptoms and signs of many patients, the early diagnosis of intestinal obstruction is difficult, and the treatment is delayed. In addition to the difficulty in grasping the surgical indications, some patients have many unnecessary complications, such as: intestinal perforation, bowel Necrosis, shock, and even death. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand the cause of the disease, take a timely and effective diagnosis, and develop a corresponding treatment plan. Through further research on intestinal obstruction, we have sorted out the special serological indicators, typical imaging findings and treatment methods of intestinal obstruction, which are summarized below.
